Preserving Lash Health
Please know that your natural lash health is my top priority! If you demand what your lashes can’t support, I will do my best to accommodate you - but I just want what's best for your lashes so they can handle lash extensions and not pop off! As a professional, I employ my knowledge to help you understand the process and come to a compromise so you still can have lash extensions. Yaaay happy lashes!
Photo Reference
I cannot stress this enough, because we may not have the same idea of what the end result could be. Please bring pictures, and I will work in reference to the pictures, so I can get a better idea of what look you desire! Please remember my work will not look exactly like the picture, I will use the best expression of my skills to get as close as I can to the picture!
Booking Online
Vagaro will require a card to hold your appointment. This is not a deposit, and your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED for anything. This holds your card info so it can be charged a cancellation fee if necessary.
Book Your Own Fills
You are responsible for booking your fills online. I will book if you already have a card on file, and will do my best to accomodate you if you don't see a time online. Please try your best to pre - book at least 2/3 fills out. If you forget and your ideal time is taken or the next available time is over 3 weeks, DM me to book a full set.
Cancellation
Appointments MUST be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance. If it’s less than 48 hours, you are charged 50% of your service cost. SAME DAY cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of service cost. Text and email reminders are sent out days before your appointment.

Please DO NOT come sick! I understand that last minute reschedules may happen, and I always honor my policies to treat you the best!
If you need to change your service to a different one (ie. lash removal) I require 24 hours notice so I can adjust the appointment day/time if needed.
Payment
Cash is preferred with Hawaii tax, but I accept card via Vagaro with an 8% transaction fee including Hawaii tax and Vagaro fees. I also accept Venmo with an additional 7% transaction fee including Hawaii tax and venmo fees, as well as Apple Pay with Hawaii tax. All prices will include Hawaii tax + fees, prices are subject to change at anytime.
Day of Your Visit
Parking
FREE parking in yellow customer stalls or stall #206 - You hold responsibility if your car gets towed for parking in the wrong stall.
Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. When you arrive, text me from your parking spot! Please do not just knock on my door, I may still be with a client! Please arrive on time, maybe even 5 mintues early :)

Please arrive makeup free with no contacts, and clean lashes / no strip lash glue. Makeup removal will be an additional charge, if needed. Wear comfy clothes, as you will be laying down for a while & please silence your phone. The bathroom is available, please use it before we begin your appointment!
No Visitors
Children and pets are not permitted as they may be a safety hazard. Please do not bring any visitors with you to your appointment.
Timeline
Full Sets are 2-3 hours. I will take 2-3 hours. Try your best to not move while I am working on you, sleeping and snoring are very welcome!
After Your Visit
Wash Lashes Daily
What happens if you don’t clean every day, twice a day? You will have poor retention, your lashes will create build up, and there's a potential that you even get lash mites... that's gross, not washing your lashes everyday is gross.
Lash Aftercare: A MUST
- Avoid steam, sweat, and water for the first 48hrs after your appointment
- Wash with proper cleanser morning + night, or after the beach / sweating / gym.
- No picking at your lashes, or rubbing.
- Even your own oils can transfer and break the bond of your lash glue, so no oily products near your extensions.
- Avoid touching your lashes extensions with your fingers.
- Brush gently throughout the day
- Sleep on your back, pillows can cause twisting and pulling on your lash extensions.

Refunds & Retention
Refunds
There are no refunds on any services.
3-Day Retention Rule
If you are having ANY issues after your service with retention, please let me know within 3 DAYS. I will make any changes for free as long as you come see me within seven days from your appointment (we can work around hours). This is your window! If you choose to wait until your next fill then you are subject to normal fill policies. Please note that this does not bump out your 3 week rule and is treated as a free touch up.
Fill Policies
50% Fill Policy
Please come with 50% of your lashes on each eye still on. If you are down to less or if the current ones are hella grown out - please request an extended fill! If you are unsure of the amount you have left, feel free to text me a picture with good lighting from above + below. I am more than happy to help find the best solution for you.
3-Week Fill Policy
No fills may be booked over 3 weeks from their prior lash service. 3 week fills allow me to maintain your lashes without needing a full set. If you schedule in the fourth week, I will deny your appointment.
Mini Fills
Mini fills are available within 7 days of your last fill and by REQUEST ONLY. Your next fill will still need to fall in between 3 weeks from your prior fill. Touch up fills do not extend this time frame. They are an additional service that only fills in small gaps and imperfections.
Extended Fills
Extended fills are for those who need a little extra time to fill your lashes, this gives you an additional 30 mins to get you back to your full and fluffy set! This is not a full set, this is a fill. Must be booked within 3 weeks of your prior lash appointment.
Foreign Fills
I do accept fills from other artists, as long as the work is compatible with the quality of my work. If i notice your previous artist's work is not compatible with my work, I will have to remove + reschedule for a full set.
